Shalom Binchy, Senior and Managing Partner

Shalom Binchy founded the company in 2002 she has been committed to providing excellent legal representation and advice to clients. Shalom has over twenty years of experience representing clients complex cases in Criminal and Mental Health Law. Shalom has represented clients in several ground-breaking cases paving the way for constitutional and legislative reform and increased protection to clients.

Shalom is a member of the Criminal Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and engages with the Government and other bodies to advocate for reform. Shalom was also involved in developing and delivering the DCU/Law Society of Ireland Supralat training programme to lawyers in Ireland and Scotland which focused on the Rights of Persons in Custody. Shalom has spoken at national and international conferences of the protection of rights within the criminal justice and mental health legal system.

Aine Bhreathnach, Solicitor

Áine Bhreathnach is a skilled solicitor with a background in Criminal, Immigration, Constitutional and EU Law. Áine is a member of the Human Rights Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and an active volunteer with FLAC and PILA. Áine is registered on the Garda Station Legal Advice Scheme Criminal and Family Law Legal Aid Panel. Áine also provides training to organisations and groups on criminal and family law matters. She has also worked extensively on the protection of human rights in protracted conflicts and humanitarian emergencies in Africa and the Middle East with Oxfam GB the International Rescue Committee and Trócaire.

Raluca Sipos, Legal Executive

Raluca Sipos graduated from Maynooth University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Raluca is an aspiring solicitor and is currently studying for the Law Society Entrance examinations and she is looking forward to a bright future in the legal profession.
